M.I.A. is at it again, that savage bitch (we love her!) posted this video for "Space Odyssey" on her Twitter account a little more than a month ago, it's a new song to be included on her album due out this summer.
Since then Pitchfork has reported on Diplo tweeting about some similarities between RiRi and M.I.A.'s Boyz and adding a little remix Diplo Mashes Up M.I.A. and Rihanna, posted some collab work she did with Major Lazer here New Major Lazer Featuring M.I.A.! and verified that Sleigh Bells is indeed doing some production work on her album coming out this summer Sleigh Bells Working With M.I.A.
The fact that Sleigh Bells is on here makes it even better. This unsigned band hails from the BK and has yet to release a full length album... but they sure know how to make some noise, Crown on the Ground is a personal fave. They'll also be opening for Yeasayer and Major Lazer as well as playing at Coachella... all the more reason for us to go!
