You're looking at the cover of MGMT's newest album Congratulations due out April 13. About that... I don't know, can't decide if I think it is savage or looks like a bootleg 90's cartoon... maybe a little bit of both. On their website to preorder Congratulations, they state that the special edition album includes a "scratch off front cover with custom metal coin." That could be really awesome, or a joke, not sure.
